Age restriction

ENIP is strictly for Users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit anyone under 18 to register for or use ENIP. During onboarding, Users must provide their date of birth and confirm that they are at least 18 years old. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a person under 18, including through a report, we will suspend it pending age verification and delete it if the person is under 18.

Children's data

We do not knowingly collect, process or store personal data of anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal data, we will promptly suspend the account and delete the associated data, unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, as evidence for law enforcement). We do not track, behaviourally monitor, or target advertising at children, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

ENIP strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. Users must not create, upload, share, request, solicit or distribute any content, or engage in any conduct, that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or manipulated content depicting minors in a sexual manner;
  • grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of a child;
  • soliciting or sharing sexualised content involving, or purporting to involve, a person under 18;
  • using ENIP to contact, lure or harm a minor.

Any User who violates this section will be permanently banned, and we may report them to law enforcement.

Reporting

Users can report any profile, message, photo or behaviour directly within the app through in-app path, e.g. Profile > Report User. Users may also write to us at [email protected]. Reports involving children are prioritised and reviewed within 24 hours.

Our response

Once we have actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we will promptly remove the content, suspend or terminate the responsible account, preserve relevant evidence as required by law, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including Indian law enforcement (the local police or Special Juvenile Police Unit, or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal) and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child protection laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Child safety point of contact

Our designated Child Safety Point of Contact is Shivam Kumar, Legal Associate. If you believe a minor is using ENIP, or you have a child safety concern, please contact us at [email protected].
