4. Description of Service
ENIP is a community-building platform that allows Users to create profiles, discover and connect with other Users, engage in community discussions, and communicate via chat, voice, and video calling, supported in part by AI-driven search, ranking, recommendation, and matching features. ENIP does not guarantee that you will find a match, connection, or relationship, and does not conduct criminal background checks on Users unless expressly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for your own safety when interacting with, meeting, or communicating with other Users, whether on or off the Platform. Please review our safety guidance in Section 9 before meeting anyone in person.

By using ENIP, you agree to comply with the Community Guidelines at all times. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account for any violation.

This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared with or reported by another User, or we are required to retain it under applicable law.
We do not use your messages or the audio or video of your calls to train AI models, and we do not record calls.
6.3 Your Responsibilities
